What happens next

  1. 1We'll call or text within one business day to schedule your in-home visit and confirm exact measurements.
  2. 2Your lead carpenter reviews the estimate details before arriving, so the visit builds on this starting point.
  3. 3Once measurements are confirmed, we send a final written estimate with locked-in pricing.
  4. 4Your deposit is applied directly to the project total — no double payment, ever.
How It Works

From estimate to deposit in three steps

1. Configure your project

Choose the project type, linear footage, and wood species that match what you're picturing. The price range updates instantly as you adjust each input.

2. Review the breakdown

See exactly how the range is built — materials by species, labor hours, and hardware or finish work — instead of a single vague number.

3. Lock it in

Book a free in-home visit to confirm exact measurements, or put down a 15% deposit now to reserve your spot on our schedule and start the material order.

Quick Questions

Estimate Builder FAQ

How accurate is this estimate?

It's built from the same per-foot material and labor rates our estimators use, so it's a genuinely useful starting range — but every house is different, and final pricing always depends on an in-home visit.

Why a price range instead of one number?

Site conditions like wall straightness, structural access, and existing trim profiles all affect labor time. A range is honest; a single fake-exact number isn't.

What does the deposit cover?

Your 15% deposit reserves your project on our production calendar and lets us place material orders — especially important for premium species like walnut, which have longer lead times.

Can I change species or footage later?

Absolutely. This tool is meant to help you plan — your final written estimate, prepared after the in-home visit, is what we actually build to.
